The 3.0mt/a dry coal preparation plant of Donghuantuo mining branch of Kailuan Group is an EPC project jointly undertaken by Tangshan Shenzhou manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Co., Ltd. and Kailuan construction group. The project was started in April 2019 and put into operation in July of the same year. It is mainly responsible for the separation of 30-80mm lump coal in the mine. The content of selected raw coal reject is up to 60%, and the coal in the reject after selection is ≤ 2.5%. The system adopts standardized design and is equipped with perfect on-line monitoring system to realize intelligent control; Multistage dust collector and fully closed operation are adopted, and the dust emission concentration is far lower than the national standard, which has made a positive contribution to the overall ecological environment construction of Tangshan city.
