The 6.0mt/a lignite dry coal preparation plant of Yushujing coal mine of Shanghaimiao mining company was put into operation in March 2018, replacing the original complex water washing process of heavy medium shallow tank, heavy medium cyclone, spiral chute, final clean coal drying and slime drying. All raw coal is crushed to less than 80mm and put into dry coal preparation system, which solves the problem that slimy coal cannot be sorted.

The project is constructed and operated by Tangshan Shenzhou manufacturing group. It makes full use of the original coal flow system and adopts modular layout and personalized design. Since it was put into operation, the operation has been stable and reliable, creating good economic benefits for the mine.
