Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant of Huaibei Mining Group has an annual capacity of 16.0mt/a. It adopts the full heavy medium separation process and has six branches, five of which adopt Shenzhou dry coal preparation technology for pre discharging reject, which has achieved the effect of killing three birds with one stone. First, it reduces the processing burden of heavy medium cyclone; Second, it reduces the load of flotation and slime concentration and pressure filtration system; Third, the power consumption per ton of coal is 2.6kw · h, and the proportion of washing per ton of coal saves 4.29kw · H. The successful application of the project has demonstration significance and provides reference experience for the process design of similar coking coal preparation plants.
